We offer a 3 day renal for the cost of $4,500. This price includes round tables and folding chairs for up to 200 guests. This price also allows use our bridal suite. You can find our other rental fees here.

A 50% deposit for the venue is required to secure your date. The remaining 50% venue fee is due 90 days prior to your event. Any rental fees are due 30 days prior to the event, in full. 

We are a venue, proving a spectacular setting to hold your event. We we also carry some specialty rental items,  that can be viewed here. We can recommend local wedding professionals. We do have restrooms on site.

Services that may be arranged through other wedding specialists include: Catering, bartending, linens, an officiant, a parking attendant, and entertainment.

Yes. We require proof of $1,000,000 event insurance covering the booking dates. This is an inexpensive policy (generally running around $175) that can be obtained through your local insurance agency.

We are so excited to say that we now have optional sides to use in our pavilion. These sides will provide additional weather protection, while allowing us to maintain the heat of the fireplace and patio heaters in the cooler months. The ceremony could be held under the pavilion, or a tent could be rented, in the event of rain.

Although we do not require you to use a specific vendor, we do have vendors that we can highly recommend. Please just ask, and we can provide you with these recommendations.
